Q: How long before I see results with your skincare products?
A: Results can vary based on factors such as consistency and your unique skin type. Most of our customers notice visible improvements within 14 days of consistent use!

Q: Are your products handmade?
A: Yes! All MaryIda Skincare products are handmade using high-quality, cruelty-free, vegan, and chemical-free ingredients. Every product is crafted with love and care.

 

Q: Where can I find a list of ingredients?
A: All product ingredients are transparently listed on our website for your convenience.


Q: Can I get a refund?
A: We offer refunds only if your order has not yet been shipped. Typically, you’ll have about 12-24 hours after placing your order to cancel. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Q: How long will it take to receive my products?
A: Our processing time is 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will ship based on your selected shipping method:

  • First Class: 3-5 business days
  • Priority: 1-2 business days
