Returns, Claims, and Reshipment Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with MaryIda Skincare products. Please review our policy regarding claims, returns, and reshipments below:
Claims for Damaged/Defective Items
- All claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after receiving your order.
- For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
- If an error is determined to be on our part, we will cover the cost of the replacement or correction.

Returns and Shipping

Return Address:
- Returns are sent to our designated facility. Once we receive the returned shipment, you will receive an automated email notification.
- Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 3 weeks.

Wrong Address:
- If the address provided is insufficient or incorrect, the shipment will be returned to us.
- You will be responsible for reshipment costs after providing an updated address.

Unclaimed Shipments:
- Any unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will incur reshipment costs if you request a new delivery.

Sealed Goods:
- For hygiene reasons, sealed items (e.g., face masks) are non-returnable and non-reshippable. Any returned orders containing face masks will be disposed of.
Returns by Customer
- Please contact Miko at support@maryidaskincare.com before initiating a return.
- We do not refund orders due to buyer’s remorse.
- Returns or exchanges (e.g., size exchanges) are at your expense and discretion. If you accept returns or size exchanges for your end customers, a new order must be placed at your expense for the replacement.
